1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

To register and use the wa77 platform for real-money gaming and betting, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on wa77, you are required to create a personal player account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm your number via one-time passcode (OTP).

You agree that all information you provide during registration and subsequently in connection with your wa77 account is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the wa77 deposits page from time to time. wa77 does not charge fees on PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. wa77 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are credited to your wa77 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa, this typically occurs within seconds. For bank transfers, processing times may vary depending on the sending institution and the time of day. wa77 does not guarantee specific deposit crediting times for bank transfers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, wa77 may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport) and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. wa77 is entitled to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.

wa77 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from the point of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed.

wa77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are associated with unusual account activity, or are flagged by wa77's fraud prevention systems. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all wa77 bonuses:

6 Gameplay Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

12 Termination

The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.

14 Amendments
